Pastor Dorian E. Cast, a native of Southfield, Michigan, is on a mission to encourage, empower and motivate a generation.
The son of a Bishop, Pastor Cast’s whole life has been spent on the front lines of the struggle for change both in individual lives and whole communities. This struggle for change has exposed him to the struggles of communities in the deepest of poverty in the inner city, to communities of great affluence, as well as those torn by racism.
Drawing from his diverse background Pastor Cast is said to have “God given insight well beyond his years.” He has parlayed his unique experiences into a perspective that speaks to an entire generation; which has allowed him to deliver his passionate and articulate message to wide ranging venues. He is married to Jaleasha Cast and they have 5 children

Suffragan Bishop Darrell L. Fairer is the founding pastor of Destiny Fellowship Church of Fort Wayne, Indiana and the Senior Pastor of the Greater Faith Bible Tabernacle of Buffalo, New York.
Suffragan Bishop Fairer began preaching in September of 1995 and was licensed and ordained through the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International, Incorporate. (PCAFI) in 1999 and 2003, respectively. In addition to serving as a Pastor, he also serves as a Suffragan Bishop within Global Missions assisting, Presiding Bishop Lambert W. Gates, Sr. in the nation of Canada and the Adjutant Bishop in the Office of Protocol with the PCAFI. He has also been afforded the opportunity to minister nationally and internationally. Pastor Fairer has been called to preach but anointed to serve in various capacities. He enjoys seeing lives changed through the power of the Word of God.
Suffragan Bishop Fairer has been married to Elect Lady Sherea R. Fairer since October of 1997. Together, they are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Lauryn and Monique.

Bishop DeJuan Kelker is the senior pastor at the Burning Bush Church in Akron, a ministry he started with his mother Joyce in 2006. Today, Kelker is an energetic, dynamic preacher trying to build bridges between fractured parties in the community in which he serves.

Elder Louis Pollard, a distinguished preacher, commenced his preaching journey at 17, steadily accumulating wisdom and knowledge over the years as his ministry flourished. Born to Louis Pollard Jr. and Janet Watson, his calling became evident early on. Currently, Elder Pollard faithfully serves as Associate Pastor at Spirit and Truth Church in Atlanta, GA, under the guidance of Pastor Mark Moore Jr.
With appearances on TBN, a column in Gospel Today Magazine, and as the Founder/Visionary of the B3 Leadership Group, Elder Pollard has made significant contributions to the religious community. His deepest fulfillment stems from his cherished family: his wife, Kristen, and their children, Jonathan, Hannah, Ava, and Jackson.
Elder Pollard attributes his ministry's impactful transformation of lives to the grace of God, a conviction reinforced by his meditation on Psalm 27:1: "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid."
